Warehouses and Land Are Selling Again

The Tamiami airport Industrial neighborhood has begun to recover from the real estate collapse in 2009-2012. We have seen prices of warehouses increase over 25% in the last 12 months. Further indications of a slow but sustainable recovery are increasing rental rates and a very low supply of warehouses and offices available for lease. In addition, we have begun to see foreign cash buyers come back into the market and purchase well positioned investment properties as well as land.
